I actually think RYG could be pretty relevant to the episode. 

It’s all about feeling like you don’t fit into the crowd, and there’s no denying that Kurt - and more recently, Blaine - feels like he doesn’t quite mesh with the Warblers. I’ve been waiting for the writers to develop that aspect of the storyline ever since the whole “privileged porcelain birds” line, and I think it might come up in Tuesday’s episode. Maybe Blaine will tell Kurt that he’s starting to understand how he feels? Maybe one of them will burst during a Warbler’s meeting? Maybe the council will realize they need to lighten up?

Who knows. But I’m really hoping that Raise Your Glass will be some sort of celebration of standing out from the crowd, and I’m really hoping that it will be fueled by Kurt and/or Blaine.
